Held annually the second weekend in July, this popular event attracts an eclectic mix of more than 200 cars to the beautiful natural setting of Fitzgerald Park. Spectators and participants enjoy the wide variety of cars - from antique to modern, both stock and modified, foreign and domestic - there is truly something for everyone!
This year’s show has something for everyone, offering an exciting mix of fine arts and hobby crafts. Hand crafted arts and crafts items will be available by a variety of craft vendors.
Car Show Registration Info:
- Early Registration Deadline: May 31, 2022
- $15/vehicle and receive one t-shirt
- Registrations accepted June 1-July 1 will be $10 per vehicle with no t-shirt
- July 9 registrations on-site will be $10 per vehicle with no t-shirt
Craft Show Registration Info:

- $15 per 12'x12' outdoor site
- you are responsible for you own set-up equipment (i.e. canopies, tables)
- Hand crafted arts and craft items only (no food concessions, flea market or rummage items)
- Registrations accepted June 1-July 1 will be $20 per 12'x12' outdoor site
Join Eaton County Parks as we search for owls, looking at animal tracks, and making a few of our own.
Programs Fees:
$5 per person with rented equipment
$2 per person with your own equipment
If there is not sufficient snow cover for snowshoeing, a night walk will be held instead for a cost of $2 per person. An equipment rental fund will be issued the following business day.

Women Who Walk is a great way to stay active. Join our Park Naturalist at Lincoln Brick Park as we walk through our parks enjoying nature learning about park happenings and socializing with others in our community!

Come cross country ski or snowshoe at Fitzgerald Park by the light of the moon with trails illuminated by retro road flares to help guide the way. Bring along a sled to take a ride down the sledding hill and warm up throughout the evening by one of the wood burning stoves! The outdoor wood burning stove is located at the top of the sledding hill and the indoor wood burning stove is located inside the Nature Center at the bottom of the sledding hill.
Designated trails will be illuminated from 6pm to 9pm Friday and Saturday nights January through February (weather and trail conditions permitting!)
Rentals are a first come-first serve basis.
Rentals are $5/hour per person for cross country skis and snowshoes.

Local volunteer astronomers will be on hand to answer questions about the night sky and Astrophotography.
Check out the night objects through telescope views, if cloud cover does not permit sky viewing, theme based power point presentations will be held instead.
The observatory is an open air facility. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear for the 200 yard walk to the observatory.
